Using technologies such as Microsoft's Remote Assistance, Remote desktop protocol (RDP) and VNC it is possible for
us to help you out in your times of need by seeing exactly what you see on your screen. Should you not have internet
connectivity we can help you via telephone.
Unlike a traditional tech support company we will not visit your premises and charge you call-out fees etc -
instead we do it all from our location enabling us to resolve your issue in the minimum amount of time possible.
Should your machine not be fixable online or via the telephone you can have it sent to us via courier - or if you
prefer we can liaise with companies in your area to arrange repair.
When you subscribe to this service you will be given a telephone numbers to contact the on-call engineer and he
will respond to your request as soon as possible (depending on conditions such as severity of issue, current queue
length and time of day).
To begin this service simply contact us and we will design a package that is suitable for you depending on any
maintenance you may require e.g. virus scanning, backups etc and the number of incidents you estimate you have per
month.
Please note: Depending on your requirements you may incur additional charges from your internet service provider
for extra features such as public IP addresses. We will inform you of extra services which you will require when we
have investigated your needs fully.
